Galapagos Mockingbirds (Nesomimus Parvulus) It is one of four species of Mockingbirds inhabiting the Islands.
They are extremely curious. It nests in trees generally after the star of the annual rains between December and April.

Finches: There are 13 species of Darwin's finches in the Galapagos. They are almost all identifiable by their beaks.

The males are dark, brown or black and the females are middle brown.

The Finches of Galapagos provided important clues which helped Darwin to generate and later substantiate his theories of evolution.
