Post Office Bay

The most visited place on Floreana is Post Office Bay, which has served as a kind of sailors' post office for hundreds of years: leave your mail in the barrel and someone from the right destination will turn up, bring it home and post it. Since that time, it has been used by mariners and tourists as a post office. The idea is to carry letters or postcards to their destination by hand.
